Free sample: five documents, fixed

Pick five PDFs from your website. We will remediate them, validate each one with veraPDF, and send them back with a before-and-after report. There is no charge and nothing to sign.

What to send. Choose the kinds of documents you post most: a recent agenda, a set of minutes, a form, a budget page, a scanned notice. Mixed samples give you the best picture of what the full job would look like.

You will hear back within one business day, and the finished files usually come back within five business days.

One web address per line. We will download the files ourselves.

We use your documents only to prepare your sample. We do not share them or keep copies after the work is done. Public records are fine to send. If a document is not public, tell us in the notes.

What you get back

    Same content, same look, tagged and structured so screen readers can read them. Delivered as PDFs, or as Office files if that is what you sent.

  • A before-and-after report for each

    The veraPDF validation result for the original and for the fixed file, side by side, in plain language. Keep it as evidence of what changed.

  • An honest estimate

    Based on your sample, a rough per-page cost for the rest of your site and how long a full cleanup would take. No sales call required.
